Everything starts with a free property maintenance survey — a walk round the property and an honest written note of its condition. It takes under an hour and commits you to nothing.
Booking a property maintenance survey
- What the property is. A flat, a house, a holiday let, a block of communal space — the round is different for each.
- Roughly where it is. Enough for us to know whether we can reach it.
- Whether anyone lives there. Empty and part-time properties need a different visit pattern.
- What is on your mind. A specific worry, or just that nobody has looked at the place in a while. Both are fine reasons to call us.
After you book a property maintenance survey
We reply within one working day and suggest a time for the survey. After the survey you get a written care plan with a visit frequency, a checklist and a price. If you would rather not go ahead, you still keep the survey notes.
What we cannot help with
- Emergencies. A burst pipe at midnight needs a 24-hour contractor, not a maintenance round.
- Gas, notifiable electrical or structural work. We identify it and refer it to a certificated trade.
- Anything needing a formal survey report for a mortgage, sale or legal matter.
